Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implementation of job-oriented and skill-based training programs

  • Alignment of training initiatives with industry and employability needs

  • Coordination with trainers, institutions, and implementation partners

  • Monitoring training quality, participant progress, and outcomes

  • Ensuring inclusion of underserved and marginalized groups

Project Director – Seminar / Conference / Publication

Key Responsibilities

    • Planning and execution of national and international seminars and conferences

    • Organization of webinars, workshops, and academic forums

    • Oversight of research publications, journals, books, and edited volumes

    • Coordination with academic institutions, editors, and reviewers

    • Ensuring quality standards and ethical academic practices

Project Director – Education & Research

Key Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of education-focused CSR projects

  • Support for research initiatives, mentoring, and academic collaboration

  • Promotion of quality education and inclusive learning opportunities

  • Coordination with universities, colleges, and research institutions

  • Monitoring academic impact and research outcomes
